  6. Privacy and safety: Do not post others’ personal data or private communications without consent.

  7. Do not share your account logins or member‑only links publicly.

  8. Content standards: No obscene, defamatory, or violent content.

  9. No claims of guaranteed gambling outcomes.

  10. Intellectual property: Only post content you own or have rights to share.

  11. Video wins: Submit only content you created or have rights to share.

  12. Remove personal info from videos. We may edit/decline any submission.

  13. VIP Managers and support: Managers offer general community guidance; no financial/gambling advice or guarantees.

  14. Keep interactions professional and on‑platform.

  15. Enforcement: We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict access, or ban accounts for violations. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans without refund.

  16. Report issues to support@platinumlounges.com with links/screenshots.

  17. Platinum Lounges does not operate gambling services. Third‑party casinos have their own terms and responsible gambling tools.
