1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Responsible Gambling

  • You must be 18+ or the legal age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).

  • You are responsible for complying with local laws.

  • Platinum Lounges promotes responsible gambling and does not provide gambling services, accept wagers, or offer financial advice.

3. No Gambling Services

Platinum Lounges is a casino community platform only. Third-party casinos linked on the Site are independent operators. We may earn affiliate commissions from registrations or transactions via our links.

4. Accounts & Registration

  • Use a unique username and valid email to register.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use: support@platinumlounges.com.

5. Membership Tiers & Billing

Platinum Lounges is completely free to register and be part of the community, however, some external links may take you to advertised and partnered Casinos where gambling losses may occur, so always gamble responsibly.

6. Community Access & VIP Managers

  • Telegram/private channel access is tier-based and non-transferable.

  • Platinum members may request a VIP Manager for general community guidance (no gambling advice or guarantees).

  • We reserve the right to suspend/revoke access for violations.

7. User Content

You may submit text, images, videos (including win screenshots).

Your Responsibilities:

  • You own the rights to your content.

  • Content must not infringe IP, privacy rights, or laws.

  • Comply with Community Guidelines.

Our Rights:

  • Review, edit, refuse, or remove content at our discretion.

  • Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host/display your content for Site operation.

  • You may request content removal; we'll process within 30 days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Do NOT:

  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

  • Post illegal, obscene, or defamatory content

  • Share personal data without consent

  • Share member-only links publicly

  • Use bots, scrapers, or interfere with Site security

  • Circumvent access restrictions

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension/termination

  • Content removal

  • Permanent bans (no refunds)

10. Third-Party Services

  • Links to casinos, Telegram, etc., are third-party services we don't control.

  • Use at your own risk. We disclose affiliate relationships where required.

11. Intellectual Property

Site content, logos, and materials are owned by Platinum Lounges. Personal User Content excepted. No copying/distribution without permission.

12. Merchandise

14. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability = fees paid in prior 3 months

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Platinum Lounges against claims arising from your User Content, Site use, or Terms violations.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime. Material changes announced via Site/email. Continued use = acceptance.
